Risk Management
We undertake to visit and carry out necessary risk inspections of the insured properties to critically evaluate the risk before we advise the products. We ensure Total Risk Management without giving any scope for Under Insurance and also to ensure all perils are covered.
We not only assess the risk for rating purposes but also suggest and recommend the insured, on various improvements in the risk which will attract favorable premium and what is more important, to mitigate the loss potential
Alliant will coordinate with the insurance Companies risk engineering service which includes the following areas:
To carry out the Loss Prevention visits on an annual basis
Review and construct EML & PML scenarios
To provide advice and support on risk improvements and risk recommendation implementation
To assist during major projects and general advice on technical matters
To assist in transitioning construction projects to operational PDBI cover
To assist the site in the development of fire & process protection standards and best practice
Coordinating engineering survey programmes to best serve client’s operational needs. This includes coordinating the activity of engineers from Aon, insurers, third parties and clients’ in-house engineering resources
